about us

About our coffee house

We’re working closely with the Peninsula Foundation to preserve a historic property and bring valuable services to the community.  We’re located on the ground floor of the circa 1910 Peninsula Banking Company Building.  We offer coffee, light food items, and a sundry market.  Co-located with us is the Peninsula Wine Cellar offering wine and charcuterie in a beautiful park setting.

about our owners, mark + deb anzelc

Deb Wallace Anzelc was born and raised in Northampton and has always been an avid coffee lover.  Mark Anzelc was raised in Maine and has lived nearby most of his life.  Deb and Mark started Peninsula Coffee House with one purpose in mind, “give back” to the community by creating jobs and serving unmet needs.  As we thought about it, we realized that Peninsula would be a perfect place for a great coffee shop and would fulfill that goal!

our PROMISE

We’re committed to delivering a great experience for you, your family, friends, and neighbors.  We strive to offer the highest quality products, sourced from local roasters, bakers, manufacturers, and distributors.  We want you to enjoy yourself in a clean, warm, and comfortable environment.  And we aspire to continually improve and welcome input from you… our valued guests!

our coffees

We source our coffee beans from top producers from around the region.  The Ohio Roasting Company, for example, sources quality beans from around the globe.  For them, coffee isn’t just about the sip, its an ever-evolving process.  They produce an exceptional roasted coffee bean from select specialty grades, sustainably grown, and responsibly sourced.  They roast the finest quality bean in small batches with meticulous precision to bring out the unique qualities inherent to the origin of each bean.
